Guest rooms are available on the evenings of Sunday, November 5 and Monday, November 6th at the Conrad New York Downtown Room at the special rate of $225/ per evening, plus applicable taxes – at attendees expense. NMS will cover porterage fees for all participants. Please confirm on the Participant Confirmation Form as to your need for a guest room. Hotel confirmation numbers will be forwarded to you approximately 30 days prior to the roundtable.
Since NMS manages the room block internally, please do not contact the hotel directly. Upon receipt of your Participant Confirmation, a guest room will be reserved, and we will contact you to secure a credit card number.
Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights. Kindly forward a copy of your itinerary to roundtable@nmsmanagement.com upon booking, but in any event no later than October 5, 2023.
Please plan to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, November 5th, prior to the start of the Welcome Reception at 6:00pm. The roundtable will conclude after Lunch on Tuesday (from 12:30pm to 1:15pm).
Airport transfers, flights costs, car rentals, parking, and hotel incidental costs incurred, are at the attendee’s expense. Please note that NMS is waiving the $400 annual membership fee typically required to attend the roundtable.
